Refund And CancellaTion POlicY

All Payments are 100% Non-Refundable. Due to the nature of the services offered Keep It Branded does NOT provide refunds. If you [client] decide to cancel at your own discretion you will forfeit your designs and will not be refunded. Refunds will only be issued at designers discretion.

By purchasing this item you [client] are agreeing to this NO REFUND policy.

If you would like to cancel a project for any reason, please contact us by email info@keepitbranded.com as soon as you can. It should also be noted that you will not be given a refund if you decide to terminate your project; if you would like to re-book, full payment must be submitted again.

PaymenT

All pricing through Keep It Branded is subject to change at any time and becomes effective upon posting to the site. If there has been an agreed pricing between (the designer) and the client before changes have been made, it will remain valid until the project is complete. Payment can be received through website only.

HouRs Of OpeRaTion

I am closed on the weekends / Holidays

Mon-Friday I am open 11am-8pm

Any messages received after business hours will be replied to the next business day. At peak times I will return messages within 48-72 hours.

Turn Around Time

Turn around time varies on the project that you choose.

DrafTs And RevisionS

Drafts of any kind are for the purpose of approval only. They may not be copied, manipulated or distributed to any other person or company other than those directly involved with the project without prior permission from (the designer). All draft works are the property of Keep It Branded.

All orders are limited to a number of 3-4 revisions. Additional revisions will cost $25 fee per additional revision the client requires. There is an extra 3-4 business day turn around for revisions.

Keep It Branded recommends that you have all your details for your project before booking. This helps prevent from having to purchase extra revisions and it helps the process flow.

Files Delivered

After project(s) have been finalized I will send your files in PNG, PDF, JPEG or JPG. Photoshop PSD files are delivered upon request for an additional fee. Once designs have been finalized any additions or adjustments will result in an additional fee of $25 each design.

Keep It Branded offers printing services at a additional charge.

TeRminaTion

If by any means Keep It Branded terminates your project it is a wrong doing on your part. Use of disrespectful or insulting words during conversation will not be tolerated and result in termination.

In unavoidable circumstances such as natural disasters, death, illness etc. Project will be terminated or delayed (depending on circumstance) you will get a refund if this were to happen on my part.
